In order to secure your special date, we require a standard non-refundable booking fee of $200. Your date will be locked in as soon as your payment clears and will go towards your final balance. Screenshots of online payments will speed up the process. Please note that we cannot hold a date without this payment out of respect for other potential clients that may request the same date for their event in the meantime. Also, once a date is locked in, we may not be able to change it so please choose your event date with care to avoid disappointment!
Picnic Soirees is proud to support local small businesses and we have handpicked the best vendors in the industry to acquire top quality goods for your event (IE. Food, seasonal flowers, cakes, balloons etc). In order for this to run smoothly for all parties involved we need the details of your event to be finalised and paid for 1 month prior to your event, particularly for events exceeding 10 people. We will advise a date upon receipt of your booking.
In the rare case that you are requesting a date sooner than 1 month and it is available, we will advise the cut off date for design, event numbers and payment details on a case-by-case basis. Also note that we may not be able to source certain goods due to the short time-frame given.
Please appreciate that sometimes we may not be able to source a product that we have finalised with you and in this case we will contact you immediately with alternative options or solutions.
We are sorry, we cannot under any circumstances offer a refund should your guest numbers change after your event details have been finalised.
